I own and run Fit & Fun 4 Life in the Yeovil and surrounding areas.
I would like to help you become fitter, happier and healthier and to move more freely without pain.
I myself know first-hand what it feels like when your body starts to feel older than you actually are and you start to get aches and pains and injuries. You start to feel helpless when you go to an exercise class and you cannot keep up with high impact or speed but you still want to take part and feel like you are working out and getting results.
As well as teaching low impact fun aerobics I have fallen in love with Trigger Point Pilates and Fitness Pilates.
Trigger Point Pilates blew my mind when I first took part in a class as I could not believe how "free" my body felt. I felt like my body was "unlocked" and I could move with ease.
After having a lot of tummy surgery I found Fitness Pilates helped me tighten my core. It is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Fitness Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
